How is pricing structured?

ReiSpace uses a per-employee-per-month (PEPM) model billed annually. Pricing is customized based on organization size, service tier, and integration requirements. All tiers include full platform access: no per-session fees, no utilization caps.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Standard contracts are 12 months. Pilot programs are available for organizations that want to validate impact before a full commitment. Contact us to discuss pilot terms.

What is included in onboarding?

All tiers include onboarding support. Growth and Enterprise tiers include a dedicated organization success manager, custom dashboard setup, SSO configuration, and a structured implementation timeline.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. We actively encourage pilot programs with a cohort of employees before full rollout. Pilots include full platform access, ROI reporting, and direct founder support.

Are there implementation fees?

Implementation fees vary by tier and integration complexity. Standard onboarding is included in all tiers. Custom HRIS integrations, SSO setup, and white-label configurations may carry additional fees.
