Requirements

Who we are looking for.

We prioritize cultural competency and anti-oppressive practice alongside clinical credentials. Lived experience is valued alongside professional qualifications.

Registered with a Canadian regulatory body (e.g., CRPO, CCPA, provincial college)
Demonstrated cultural responsiveness and anti-oppressive practice
Experience with trauma-informed therapeutic modalities
Comfort with virtual care delivery
Strong documentation and case conceptualization skills
Experience with crisis response and safety planning
Preferred

Lived experience as a member of BIPOC, 2SLGBTQ+, or marginalized communities
Multilingual abilities (any of 22 supported languages)
Experience with narrative therapy, somatic work, EMDR, or culturally adapted CBT
Background in organizational wellness
Experience working with diverse populations across multiple intersections
