Depending on the services available to you, ReiSpace may provide access to wellness resources, educational content, digital tools, organizational wellness services, and connections with independent professionals.
Features and services may change as the platform continues to develop.
WELLNESS INFORMATION IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
General wellness information, educational content, and automated or digital features available through ReiSpace are provided for informational and supportive purposes.
They are not intended to replace professional healthcare, mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified professional.
You should use your own judgment and seek appropriate professional support when making decisions about your health or wellbeing.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Where ReiSpace helps connect you with a regulated healthcare or wellness professional, the professional is responsible for explaining the nature of the services they provide, their professional responsibilities, applicable consent requirements, and the terms of the professional relationship.
The availability of a professional through ReiSpace should not be interpreted as a guarantee that the professional is appropriate for every individual or circumstance.
Users remain free to decide whether to engage with a recommended or available professional.
EMERGENCY AND CRISIS SITUATIONS
ReiSpace is not an emergency service.
Do not rely on the website, platform, digital tools, automated features, or messaging functions for emergency monitoring or immediate crisis intervention.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger or requires urgent medical or mental health assistance, contact the appropriate emergency or crisis service in your location.
In Canada, you may call 911 for an emergency or call or text 988 for suicide crisis support.
ACCOUNTS
Certain ReiSpace services may require an account.
You are responsible for:

- keeping your account information current;
- protecting your login credentials;
- not sharing your account with unauthorized individuals; and
- notifying ReiSpace if you believe your account has been compromised.

ORGANIZATIONAL ACCESS

Sponsored access does not give that organization unrestricted access to an individual's personal wellness or health information.
Organizational access, reporting, and privacy protections may also be governed by separate agreements between ReiSpace and the sponsoring organization.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
Some ReiSpace services may be free, sponsored by an organization, or available for a fee.
Where payment is required, applicable pricing, billing terms, and material purchase conditions will be presented before the relevant purchase or subscription is completed.
Additional terms may apply to organizational agreements and professional services.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The ReiSpace name, platform, content, designs, materials, software, processes, and other intellectual property are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your access to ReiSpace gives you permission to use the services for their intended purpose. It does not transfer ownership of ReiSpace intellectual property or give you permission to copy, reproduce, commercialize, reverse engineer, or create competing products from protected ReiSpace materials or technology.
PRIVACY
Your use of ReiSpace is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to handling personal information responsibly and to developing our privacy and data-governance practices in accordance with applicable requirements.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We work to provide reliable and useful services, but we cannot guarantee that the website or platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors.
Features may occasionally be changed, suspended, updated, or discontinued as the platform develops.
LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
