Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

ReiDefine Consultancy Inc. is committed to making the ReiSpace website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Our target standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We do not claim full conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA at this time, but we are actively working to identify and address barriers.

Measures We Have Taken

The following accessibility measures are implemented in the current version of this site:

  • Colour contrast: text and background colour combinations are selected to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA minimum contrast ratios.
  • Keyboard navigation: all interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard.
  • Motion sensitivity: the site respects the operating system's "Reduce Motion" preference via the prefers-reduced-motion media query. Animations and transitions are disabled or minimized for users who have enabled this setting.
  • Semantic structure: pages use semantic HTML elements and a logical heading hierarchy to support screen reader navigation.
  • Focus indicators: visible focus styles are maintained on all interactive elements.
  • Bilingual: all content is available in English and Canadian French.

Known Limitations

We are aware that accessibility gaps exist in the current version of this site. Areas under active review include alternative text coverage for all visual content, form error handling and messaging, and the accessibility of complex interactive components. These items are tracked in our development backlog.

If you encounter a barrier not listed here, we encourage you to contact us.
